"Amy is so helpful!!! We had been using the Mt.Carmel office until here recently. I had been feeling a little bit like we were flying a blind there. I called one day to see how we could possibly save some money because our insurance cost had gotten crazy high. Unfortunately we learned our agent was no longer there. So Amy swooped right in and looked over every single thing on out account. She told us about multiple programs we weren't aware of. She was so calming and so professional. She ended up helping us bring our cost down which helps us out a ton. We have a teen driver and another on her way. Every little bit helps!!! We are so thankful for Amy and everyone out of the Fort Branch office. It definitely has that hometown feel."

"Bryce was very helpful for me. He explained everything to me without down grading me. Bryce did not pressure me into upgrading my insurance policy and really worked with me because I am broke. So he actually saved me over $39 bucks a month. I was with Progressive for years and my premiums kept going up and up and I have a perfect driving record. Thank you Bryce and State Farm!"
