"They are always quick to respond and super kind when they do. I like that I can text to ask questions instead of making a phone call. I have phone anxiety, and that small thing is the difference I love the most. I have zero issues and Marcy reaches out herself, which I honestly appreciate that she will answer questions herself instead of always pushing them on to someone else.
